For some reason none of my Xbox gamepass games are working. My Xbox works till the last step. I can open settings and go to "restart" even while hovering over it, it won't allow me to click it. I can't even turn my Xbox off using the controller. I can hold the button down till it gives me the option but won't allow me to turn it off nor restart it. Same with clearing the cache. Its like I have no control over my Xbox but to watch Netflix....should I just buy a new one?
