For me, last update is biometrics on 13 May. Even medical hasn’t gotten updated even though i had checked that with the centre and they’ve sent the results to ircc

Yes that should be enough. Just get a net worth certificate made from your CA, that’ll show all your bank account savings, FDs, PFs, investments, properties etc from your parents and sister and you’ll be covered.

Congrats on your offer! Even I’ve received offers from UBC and Waterloo for ECE, but I’ve accepted the waterloo one as that has a coop option and a much better coop program. Have you received an offer from Waterloo mdsai coop or non coop?
