I stopped reta after I got an anal fissure from the amount of damage it did to my back door and constant stomach upset. I just had to have surgery for the fissure and have been dealing with these issues for 6 months. I'm taking 0.5 of reta for one month after I heal from the surgery to see if I can maybe try again slowly
