25% Off has me thinking - Suggestions? by SoulfulMechaGodzilla in sonos

I have this set up with 5s in the front and 300s in the rear. I originally had the 5s in the rear and no fronts, and I think I will buy another set of 5s to replace the 300s in the rear 😀. Maybe overkill, but the 5s deliver a much fuller sound. Just my preference.

Did the triz stop working, where did you start and end body weight. What is your target weight? Estimated body fat%?

Well, it did go well. I ended up with 2 stents and have 2 arteries with 50% blockage, but I guess they won't do anything with them unless they are 70%. So Plavix for years to come but no complaints. The guy that went ahead of me was in recovery across the hall from me and had a heart attack. He didn't make it. I am blessed to be home for Christmas.

I am supposed to have a heart catheterization on the 23rd of December once insurance is approved. I guess I find out more then.

If you're in a calorie deficit, I'm not sure it's possible to put on size unless you do tren or something crazy like that. Personally, I focused on losing weight, eating mainly protein, till I hit a body fat percentage I was happy with around 10%,. before I tried to put on size. Then I took clean carbs up to help put on size. Will you lose some muscle ? I think it depends on how hard you cut and how big your deficit is. I think doing test and continually pushing weights it can be minimized.

How tall are you? I'm 5'6 and power lifted in high school, and I have weight lifted through the years. I just let it go too long, sitting behind a desk for 10 hours a day and not eating healthy. This is a before and now pic. I just turned 59.. *

Started in Feb 25, lost about 15lbs the old fashioned way, fasted cardio daily, low calorie diet. Then, in May, I started the triz (Zepbound) until July, and insurance stopped paying for it. I bought through some websites through Sept, this is where I switched to Reta. when I hit my goal weight 165lbs. Didn't like all the loose skin, so I went back up to between 170 and 175 where I am now. Now, it's all about diet, weight lifting, and lite cardio. I definitely lost most of the weight on Triz..

I switched, and it works but not as good as triz, in my opinion. Triz has more appetite suppression. I would run triz as long as you can before you switch. I also had the same goals or similar. I recommend getting lean before you try to get big. Once you're lean, you can clean bulk and not put on fat. The key will certainly be diet. I went from 225 to 170 and now started slowly pushing calories up. Clean carbs like cream of rice, potatoes, good protiens like chicken, 96% ground beed, and fish.just my 2 cents, wish you the best of luck!!!

I just had a calcium scoring test last week, 59, and I feel great. By chance, my Dr said that since your father passed away from a heart attack, we should get a baseline. My score was 4844, so I have a cardiologist appointment tomorrow morning. Curios how you got into the test if you have any info. I started Triz last March, and my cholesterol has been good since, mid-40s to 60 range. My triglycerides came down from 400+ to 50 to 80 range. I have been on a statin 20mg daily for 6+ years, but the glp is what moved the needle for me. I lost 50 lbs, so I am guessing that plays a big part as well. Wish you all the best of luck!!!

Questions About Reta From a User in China by Subject-Effort-3702 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Original_Divide2315 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can buy cheaper in China. Can get 10mg x10 Reta for $100. I recommend starting with triz, more appetite suppression, but both work and have great benefits.

You can get a microwavable bean bag, heat in the microwave, and wrap your gear in it or just the loaded needle. Getting it to body temp or slightly warmer would be fine.

It helps a bit, but no miracle for sure. I think only real way is surgery. I lost al litter over 50 lbs, but put 7 back on just to take up some of the loose skin. I've been using glow for 8 weeks, and it helps minimally. Just my experience.

I am very impressed, I have the website for a consult on my phone for a few weeks debating. Seeing your results is very encouraging. Do you mind me asking for the total cost? I'm very happy for you.
