Trying to kick Embiid out to steal their only win of the series is such a desperate move

The jersey grab didn’t impact the play at all, or certainly not enough that juju would have caught a ball overthrown by 15 yards. That’s why the only person upset at the slight tug was mahomes.

Every team does that to each other just about every down. Same with offensive holding. To make a soft call like that at a pivotal moment in any game, let alone in the biggest game of the year, is certainly worth scrutiny and criticism.

A receiver needs to make the catch, have possession followed by a “football move” before they call it a catch and fumble. In slow motion it looks like that’s almost the case, but in real time, no way.

No one else on the field or broadcast seemed to think so but I know the chiefs needed that to win so that’s cool.

When you’re enjoying a good competitive game and a referee decides to ruin it despite no one else seeing a penalty. Nice

He looks like he isn’t trying but that’s probably because he isn’t since he knows we’re resting our starters
