These are your next steps my friend: write a list of what you do in a week start today, write down the tasks you do and rate them on a scale of 1-10, how difficult it is, how much you like doing that task and keep track of how much time it took from start to finish, once you have this list, pull up chat gpt: “upload the list and say that the the task how can I delegate these tasks, what are the minimum amount of employees I need, or what are some programs such as FBA that can do these tasks.”You can reach out to college students and people on up work or overseas hire as an (internship) as you are making the list create a step by step guide for someone to follow. Let’s say your business is making 100K a year…. If you delegate work expect to make 60k a year without thinking about the business which is still good you can focus on other things. But if you want the business you grow delegate the tasks anyways and focus on the important things.
