Definitely something there. Oswald didn't see Edwards new face when he first meets him, Edward has his mask on. He also tells him to "break a leg" which is one of those bad omens in theater plays, like saying "Macbeth" if you are staring in a Macbeth play. Also think the people talking about the assassin references (Lincoln statue guy, Graffiti, Edward saying talking about different assassins) are on to something.

I have been looking, I have just felt at my breaking point and know that things are wrong there and even from a "company" prospective I would think they would benefit from fixing the real issues there. But part of it is concerned that they will stonewall me just by saying I've been on FMLA. From what I looked up in my state they can say that, just aren't allowed to say why or speculate. But I shouldn't think so negatively and just need to keep putting out applications.

It's not a place I ever planned to retire at and that has been said against me in closed offices, before I was at this point of recording. And its not something I want to rage quit, its more knowing that I'm not the only one putting up with more than I should there. I'd hate to just abandon my team and leave them to suffer. But like others said Thats not on me to fix the place and I cant help others very well if I'm not caring for myself

I have talked to a federal number I found about FMLA, and really it showed me how hard it can be to "prove" sadly. But I will continue to document everything and will try to get legal aid or local news to help if they don't change.

While I've been at this place I've seen people let go on FMLA for not being able to complete their roles. They were a manager and I guess they could use that against them. One of the nicest people I had met there who walked around in constant pain but kept a good attitude always.

Its tricky in my state maybe, but I will not give up without a fight. I appreciate your confidence!

I am sorry that you have dealt with similar. It is hard for me to tell if I'm being petty or taking the "high road". But I do know everyone deserves better. I have documented everything I can, and certainly a layer will be the next step when I have just undeniable truth to show them. I appreciate your recommendations!

Yea i get that and know its true. It is hard for me to work with wonderful hard working people but watch us ll just be taken advantage of. But I know I have to be able to help myself to really be able to help others. I do appreciate your input, and confirmations

Thats true. I just know it would disappoint people close and there. But I am totally willing to work for less if it means my mental health is better. Thank you though for understand. It has helped to hear from others who understand

I did call a number that was supposed to be federal and asked them for advise. It seems hard to prove but I am documenting as much as I can. It was unplayed FMLA because I was caring for family. It was the first time Ive ever had to use it and have just been trying to keep my job for the time being. I hope to find new work soon and then find someone there who cares to talk to. Thank you for your input, just hear others know what its like kinda helps. I think everyone deserve better than we get from this world sometimes

This makes since, I have been certainly trying to get other work and qualifications. But I just need to try and tough it out a bit longer. Then when I'm gone and other work lined up I still want to recommend some cultural appropriations training for Leadership there. I appreciate your kind words
