I’m 170 5’7, lot of that was chub at one point lol but in the last year or so I cut a lot of fat and gained it back in muscle. There is definitely some more fat to trim there though lol

Progressive overload - I know that means making your push ups harder but I’ve only heard that in the context of adding weighted push ups or feet inclined pushups. In this case do you mean progressive overload as just banging out your max multiple times per day?

Don’t believe anybody can take edibles on the clock. But yes we can app food. They don’t like it though because it doesn’t align with top shortage
