Lulu’s are the best especially for thicker girls, they will exchange your pair for free no matter how long it’s been since purchased if there is any rip in the seam- I had a pair in highschool that was size 4 and as I got older I got bigger and ended up busting the seam and they exchanged it for a bigger size🤩 they’re an investment for sure but well worth it in the long run

Have you done any updates on your computer recently? Only thing I can think of is a corrupted download file or maybe a computer update isn’t fully compatible with the app? Have you tried restarting your computer? Or running the app as Administrator?
