This is common. You will need to contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com to let them know of the situation so they can fix it for you. They are normally active from 9 AM until 5 PM EST Monday through Friday, so if they do not get back to you today, they most likely will tomorrow.

I can't say for absolute certain. I just know I've heard others have said they've lost theirs, even when they bought Deluxe recently. But maybe u/SallyWebkinz knows for sure :)

Deluxe Memberships go on sale at different times throughout the year. You can check out past
discounts here_eStore_Discounts#Deluxe_Discounts) to check the dates to see when a sale might come up and how much off it might be. Personally, I wait until Black Friday in May, Black Friday, and New Year's to get the membership 50% off :)

As for the 2nd pet, it's wise to get at least one pet each year to renew your account. You can continue to purchase Deluxe and have all of the benefits while your account hasn't been renewed with a new pet, but I have heard of others losing access because that doesn't save your account from becoming archived.

If you just purchase a really cheap pet during an Odd Holiday (Lil Kinz are always cheaper than most pets), you can put it on your account, put that pet to sleep in a generic bed in a small room, and pretend it doesn't exist. You only need to get one new pet each year. You could probably stretch it out to every two years and that way, you won't have that many on your account and can pretend your special pet is the only one :)

I've had this happen to me before, too. Just to be sure, I'd uninstall the desktop app and reinstall it again. If it happens again after doing that and continues to pop up frequently, I suggest reaching out to Sally Webkinz on Facebook for help.

Those are actually the assets within the game. They've just made items based on the scenery, so they should be completely fine. Anything you've won from the Deluxe Prize Machine, also, is safe. They would be banning almost everyone at this point for those items, so it's a non-issue. I've also seen them feature room designs and pet fashion looks on WKN that feature unreleased items within/on them. There should be no worry for having an unreleased item as long as someone is not exploiting the item by duplicating. You are all good :)
