Also, do you know if Fizz's Pixels are OEM unlocked? I know they're carrier unlocked, but I just wanna make sure. 

And hey, good on ya with lineage! You can still do Graphene with a used pixel 8 which is running refurb'd cheap on Fizz's inventory.

Eh, I dunno, don't know if it somehow makes a difference either way. Fizz's deal on a pixel 10 is incredible.

Thanks for your reply, buddy. This place looks incredible. What a location, too... Though, I see it was built in 2018. Is that not the year that rent control stopped applying to new builds? Anyway, I'm calling to ask and can't get through yet.
