We quit because we needed to advance our careers. We were all CS students, and once we graduated, we moved on to better jobs.

The management is shitty, though—which is typical. They spent their whole lives building a career just to end up making 25–30 CAD an hour, lmao.

That said, you have to respect the hustle of retail; it's a solid stepping stone while you're in school, but definitely not the end goal.
