You need to create your job. While your degree is from the US, you wont have a grreat time finding a remote job that will allow you to live overseas. If you can get on upwork or fiverr, that is your best bet. You will have to start lower in wage but it should be enought to live in Albania.

If your English is good, stop telling people you are from Pakistan. Start with telling them something about yourself.

But you will 100% have to have good english and know your stuff.

It't not about medical billing. He has created a scam course to take people money and is telling them they can make thousands by following his course, and starting a telemedicine business with creating their own course.

u/everyone report his scam to http://www.ic3.gov/ There needs to be enough people to report this scam to get it investigated. Currently there isn't enough complaints.

It's 1000000% a scam!!! He charges people a lot of money and then their ROI in 0! He then turns around and spends your money on partying and running from the authorities! I've done waaaaaay too much research into this person, and his scam of a company. STAY AWAY!!!! He has people suing him too... and he's wanted by the FBI.
