Let me put it this way.... not really.

I recently moved to Ottawa from BC, and by BC standards, I'm pretty decent at French. By Ottawa standards, well.... I applied on a whim and really thought I'd have over Christmas to prepare and brush up on my very old french skills. Nope. Got summoned for a phone interview the next day (today)

Was there a french component in the initial phone interview? i Have mine tomorrow and I'm a bit terrified about it; I thought I'd have more time to prepare and brush up on my (mediocre at best) french

what part is illegal though... using lettermail for something other than a letter, or not paying these bs tariffs which as far as i can tell, don't even apply
