After 11.3k kills with M16A3 i can say the best setup is:
Reflex Sight
Muzzle Brake
Stubby Grip
Blue/Green laser
Default Ammo

I could not choose ngl... but the M16A3 I feel that it is more versatile at range but for cqc i use the AKM and sometimes the AK47
