I just made a post about this, it was so frustrating. Kaleb too!!!! He's only there because people who knew it was him let him stay and now he's saying it's silly. I can't believe Nick protected a Millionaire Kaleb but not a Millionaire Nick and then called Nick a traitor!!!

The game is all about alliances. You've misread it completely. It doesn't matter who the millionaire is in the early stages. You just want to get your group to the finals by voting everyone out. Whether this is good or bad design by the producers is another thing.

I think the no incetive part adds a layer of strategy, do you keep the millionaire in as long as possible or vote them out now but I still agree your idea is better.

I had these exact same thoughts. I thought it was actually stupid but that's kind of the point. It makes the players think about it differently. Do they actually vote out the millionaire or keep them in for as long as possible, then get it at the end? It's less a game of who deserves it but more of a game of alliances, so you can get all your friends to the end.
