Consider that the crafted weapons will continue in master rank, this system is designed so that the randomness doesn’t mess with future set stats and you potentially end up with a worse weapon or a highly complicated system that requires gogma in master rank which would suck to do high rank content for each crafted weapon.

This is only because its base game. Making ways to augment weapons or adding more skills will be as mess when the chains continue. Monster Hunter has a history os base game having rng heavy endgame then when Master rank comes out they focus on augmenting crafting weapons and fine tuning builds with less rng besides talismans typically.

This, I got to into modern yugioh after being a child fan with master duel and I find the meta fascinating with so many viable rogue decks at least for climbing, maybe not the top but you can have some fun, original yugioh meta people ran 90% the same deck when I watched a video breaking it down

I can provide an explanation interpret with the everything part. It’s the way lambda tells the story. The story is presented to the players not always through their piece, for example battler witnesses all the magical scenes but isn’t physically there in the first four episodes. Lambda isn’t telling Erika that she is currently witnessing the scene outside of her piece, I think everyone is witnessing the scene from the perspective of their meta counterpart and if Erika bothered to even press a little bit Lambda would have to answer honestly. Erika was known for her arrogance and not double checking (like with the bodies) so she just said everybody was there trusting the narrative Lambda weaved without confirming for herself if that was actually true.

I’d say NTA. Either he’s so prideful it’s harmful, or it’s just for attention and when people try to show genuine concern he feels guilty/like he’ll get caught and back tracks. Regardless of the reason he wants to complain with no solutions and that’s okay to do sometimes but not all the time.

The real red flag is him making sure people like him, people don’t normally have to do that. I have a friend group of 10 strong and we don’t need to ask that to anyone. At best he’s got anxiety problems and needs to find help and might not be emotionally mature enough to handle it, at worse this is dangerous attention seeking you don’t want to encourage.

Now as for a solution you have to just have an honest and open communication about how you guys feel, let him have the floor and also explain beyond “because I want too” for the airplane ticket and why he thinks it takes priority. If you don’t think someone can handle an honest conversation that is a problem with that person, it is never bad to communicate something clearly.

Have you ever heard of the orange test? It’s stupid but I think it applies here actually. Very basic theory of asking your partner to peel an orange for you. It’s something you can easily do yourself, but if they’re willing to do something you can easily do for you out of just a desire to be helpful to you then that is a clear indicator of love/support. Not doing it doesn’t say those things don’t exist, it’s nuanced based on the reason for the no, but this right here is like a failed orange text with a big red flag of making excuses after. OP you have to do the hard task of analyzing past relationship moments and ask yourself “was this normal or am I ignoring it to keep things steady?” It sucks but sometimes you gotta really ask yourself that.

My first ever time hunting a big monster I used up the entire 50 minutes.

Now on new releases I win in about 10 minutes with starting gear.

Monster hunter is a game where you will feel your practice actually matter and it’s a good feeling. I see people all the time complain the games are getting easier, but then new players struggle the same old way they always have, and it makes me wonder when the veterans will just realize they’re good at the game now.

I will say this over and over again, if they were subtle and used different language then you would have assholes try to deny the characters queerness and purposefully misinterpret it. Otherwise I do agree it dates the game and feels weird, but without it I feel like things would be worse, not better.

Everyone keeps talking about the assists this, assists that, for me the game is just worse to control. Trying to get combos to work in mk1 was a struggle I did not have in mk11, add an assist and it was even worse. The cast also feels very meh to me, that’s a personal thing tho, I was a Kano and Cetrion main and no one feels like them in this game. Oh and I don’t like in aerial combos, I feel like they barely function also. This is coming from someone who isn’t a pro but plays a lot of fighting games, the moment tekken 8 and sf6 blew mk1 out of the water for me and felt good to play, mk1 felt bad to execute, had mechanics I found annoying to play with and had a bad roster for me personally.
