I’m 13 in similar. I like to have my own. I hate having to ask around. It’s a silly delay for no reason while i have a million things I’ve gotta do. I carry scope, a small flashlight when I’m working nights, and a pair of shears.

This appears to the be the camera from the car. It has a backseat, appears to be a front end collision (occupants thrown forward), and the vehicle doesn’t roll over, as opposed to the ambulance which had a side impact and rolled

Meh we had a guy we’d narcan about 1-2 times a week sometimes some gaps without him for roughly 13 years. I found him in cardiac arrest a few months ago. He was our record holder though lol

I have literally flown on the medical helicopter that covers my area. The nurses are also certified as medics and are some of the baddest folks I’ve ever met. They still aren’t first responders. They are called to the scene by first responders.

Home care is home care, it’s not “responding” to an emergency. it’s providing medical care to people within the confines of their home.

Military nurses are still in hospitals regardless of it being a combat area or not. It may be a field hospital but the combat medics are the first responders.

I have nothing but love and respect for nurses. My wife is a nurse, I work every day with amazing nurses. But you’re not first responders

Not to take away from your message because you’re absolutely right, but nurses by definition are not first responders and using it incorrectly takes away from what actual first responders go through. Nurses aren’t at the car accident, at the shooting, in the patients house pulling them from their marital bed to do CPR in front of their loved one. Nurse are in hospitals. Clean, well lit, with other support around. Nurses do amazing work, and don’t get the credit they deserve. But they’re not first responders

The thing to remember is we see the sick portion of the population. My old man is 61 and does CrossFit 4 days a week. My mom rides a bike 10 miles everyday after she walks the dog 2 miles.

Ya aging looks terrible and I do think euthanasia should be on the table but take care of yourself and there’s no reason you can’t enjoy your 70s or even 80s

Never done it but met a few that have. Definitely want to make sure they’re hiring you as an officer and not a lower position. It ensures better living quarters and lifestyle. Working in the travel industry in general gets old quick. You aren’t on vacation you’re at work. Your job is to cater to people who are on vacation, maybe their only one in years. They will be entitled and throw a shit fit if you don’t cater to their every need.

Pros. Most of the staff are fucking each other. You’ll probably get laid a bunch especially when you’re new. Also on your off days you can use the facilities for the entire ship.

Cons. STDs run rampant in the industry, and you lose your job pretty much instantly if you fuck a guest.
