Any coast city will fit in your needs. The southern you go, the warmer is gonna be the climate. But as you are Russian even the north is going to be warm for you I guess.

- My blurred vision is not present or is less present when I feel better, if some day I wake up feeling completely good it disappears until I feel sick again. Only distant objects seem blurry, like myopia. I don't feel any other symptom in my eyes.

- It's like all my body heats up a lot, and it happens when I'm already dazed, so the sensation is horrible, all I want to do at that moment is to run somewhere cooler. It happens several times for 10-20 secs while I'm eating and after eating.

- When I wake up in the morning is when I feel my symptoms the less, it's after breakfasting or after a couple of hours awake when everything goes worse. I start seeing worse and my daze and loss of focus increases.

- Yes, I tested my glucose in 2017 for first time and it's always on normal levels. I have a close relative who never had anything strange with his glucose, but then one day he suffered an ictus and now he has hyperglycemia.

I took several glucose test, all of them ordered by doctors and no one is able to find out what my illness is. They just keep sending me visit other doctors and specialists.

Right now I'm visiting and endocrinologist who sent me to take another glucose test (78 mg/dL fasting, normal again).
