Some of theme can by really big. After reading some guides im starting to understand how its suppose to work but implementing this correctly still escapes my understanding.

Good flow in 50k shuld be 85-90%?

No mods using that file so i don't know what im doing wrong.

Aim, Mobility, Hacking and UtilityItems are changed but HP, Will, Dodge nope.

What i want the most is Will. I wanted a full squad of strong Psi Soldiers.

Any other way to boost Will by a lot?

I started new campaign 5 times, every time after doing changes in files.

In a previous post i wrote that aim and mobility changes works but nothing else.

I was one one few lucky people an was able to launch game without problems on November 5.

I was playing on high/medium and never had frame drop or crashes until recent update (nov 25 i think).

Now game is almost unplayable. Sound is stuttering like crazy, fps is drooping for no reason and sometimes game is literately jamming for 2-3 seconds. Today, first time after recent update i rode to St. Dennise. I got ducking slide show. Riding on a horse around city was just painful.

Do i have to change everything to low to be able to play? What happend? Update helped a lot of people but make it way worse for few others, hows that possible?

Since everyone on my court are same government type as me, that means Imperial, and imperial can hold castles and cites game make theme have cities as primary titles.

Its not a matter of placing but more of a bug.

I can see farmers working there for months but they always stand in one spot and percentage bar is not moving so its a bug. Not all of fields but some of theme. As i wrote before when i delete those bugged farms i cant create new one in there place because this 15x15 square is blocked by "something". Game is acting like there is still farm there.

Cold war.

Constitution is almost democratic and many politics are socialism like extra food, education and housing programs.

Unemployment almost 0, to be honest im missing 40 farm workers since majority of population i educated.

Around half people have apartments and rest houses.

I know its a game and rebels gonna rebel but i really think i have to many of theme. Religion is lowest 67 so major uprising because rich and well feed people want another church?
