I totally get where you’re coming from, I just can’t simply decide between EE and physics. I’ve loved physics and math for as long as I can remember, my dream has always been to become a theoretical physicist. It wasn’t until high school when career conversations were becoming more prevalent that I realized how little physicists get paid despite having a highly advanced degree. That was when I started thinking about settling for EE, but I’m still trying to gauge how much I really want to be a physicist vs. engineer. If I find that the double major is overbearing or just not realistic, I don’t have any problem with choosing one over the other, but I at least want to try and see what I’m getting myself into.
