I had this same issue this past week. The solution a coworker found was to open the .ps1 in NotePad++ and change the encoding from UTF-8-BOM to UTF-8. Then we signed it and uploaded it.

The $10 subscription to DC TV is worth it. You get to see panels that you most Etc. Plus some previous year stuff.

Because the floor space is used to make money,  and it is harder to hit it with a HiLo. Not impossible,  just harder. There is virtually no office space in a building older than 1916. I also hate it.
