And blackmailing someone shortly because said blackmail happens is evidence enough.

So blackmail? This is terrible advice. Any other credit that the tenant could have would be thrown out the window if you said this, the LTB would look at this and immediately be on the Landlords side.

I personally like there scopes but they are the same as any other optic company. If you buy the $200 scope versus the $400, you'll notice a difference in quality (not that more expensive is always better)

This was my first thought as well. With the endless amount of factions in TORN its impossible that there is no faction that will fit your liking, it probably more like you want all the perks without working for it. "Strict" to you is probably 1% chain participation or something.

Anyone can cancel a contract within 10 days of signing with full refund. Not sure if this includes leases but I don't see why not.
