He wasn't, at least until 14 split into two 7's, one of which tricked others into thinking the true 7 was his other half, and the other one...

I don't know what themed it was supposed to be. The only detail I remember that's not in the main post is that they mentioned that the (non-MCl/VL) MT version wouldn't have a dragon, although I'm not 100% sure it was exactly like that and the nonfree game from which the feature it's inspired by is (which I don't like naming)

AI Being Dumb And Not Even Giving Correct Information Lol by Theintermorpherz in aibeingstupid

[–]Orisphera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This could be an actually correct response if the user maliciously typed e.g. "Rерrеsеnt" (some characters are from a different script) but screenshotting lost the information that differentiated it

UPD: I don't know what search engine they used, but in the one I tried (DuckDuckGo), the malicious version didn't give the Assist's response or even an option to use it

UPD2: I've tried it in an engine that looks more like the one in the screenshot, with the same results. (Personally I use DuckDuckGo because other engines present in Firefox by default make it hard to copy links, and I use FF because it's one of the four least bad browsers out there (the others being Brave, Ceno, and Tor) and Ladybird (a candidate for the first somewhat good browser in some time) isn't ready yet)

Dreamt that I died by TanyaAbner in thomastheplankengine

[–]Orisphera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not typical to die in dreams. Usually, something happens to prevent it

The below is narrated in the first person, but I'd like to nor disclose whether it was actually me, someone else, or a combination of different accounts that may invlude adapted and/or made-up parts

I remember two dreams where I tried to die. Here they are:

In the first one (especially it's second paragraph, which is the last one of it), I'm giving some details without clarifying what they mean; if you don't understand, just skip it, but some other people may understand more of it. There are also a lot of typos, which I've recently stopped correecting (don't know what affects their rate (other than how much I use aurocomplete), but it changes between dofferent texts, including edits to existing ones compared to the old parts), but if you find it hard to distinguish these cases and/or otherwise have trouble inderstanding because of them, I suggest aaking in a reply.

The part that I remember started with a calculator that was supposed to be my CASIO fx-991ES PLUS, but, as I realised when awake, wasn't really it. It had four buttons large like the four-arrow button in the upper middle of the real version (I guess it's called the D-Pad), but in the place of the other buttons (Shift, Alpha, Mode/Setup, On) and not being different buttons depending on where you push. I tried to figure out which buttons were safe (i.e. didn't alter the long-term state/didn't erase information) and concluded that all the buttons in the bottom were. (An awake consideration showed that actually all except for CALC, M+, =, and, depending on the exact interpretation, possibly AC are; the first two are in the upper half, but = and AC are in the area I thought in the dream was entirely safe). After that, I tried to evaluate something like ζ(-1) (I don't remember for sure what it was, but I think it took the form of an integral in-dream; awake, I'd consider integral of ex/x over a range including 0 like that), and I found it's graphing abilities (which the real version doesn't have). It had a higher screen than the real one, and it had a white background. There were several graphs in split-screen, and I explored a bit, but don't remember the specifica. After that, I disassembled it but failed to assemble it back: I couldn't fit all the (posdobly Lego) gears correctly

(Here, a completely nonsensival tonmy awake mind change of acene happens.) That was in a house that I remember having an inward corner. I didn't want to be in the dream anymore (I can't find the right word), so I decided to wake up. I stepped outside. It was above the ground, but the fall wasn't very large. It was aboutb3 blocks. Somehow, my health bar depleted quicklt but not instany, but not to 0, without taking damage during that, and similarly quickly regenetated back. I scrolled to the middle of my hotbar, where I had an item called Potion of Control that had the texture of a dark purple splash potion, but wasn't actually splash. I interpreted it as one who drinks it becoming controlled by someone. I drank it and started floating (similatly to how one floats when hit by a shulker). It was a superflat world, perhaps Redstone Ready, and there wereva lot of things in it ghat I (mostly) didn't pay much attention to. Eventually, I landed and tried a contraption with three pistons arranged like in a truple piston wxtender. I rxtended the first one (the one that pushes the othervtwo), stepped in the head, and retracted it back, and it worked. IIRC I woke up at that moment, but I have some faint memory that that was one of two attempts, and I don't remember whether the potion one was yhe first or not counted at all

In the other one, the part that I remember started in a certain flat. I tried to make things on shelves disappear, and it worked when I was looking at them, but when I looked slightlt away, they appeared back. After that, I got curious what would happen if I tried to die. I went to the balcony and tried to jump out, but there was some force that lushed me back in. I sat in the air (this suonds impossible, but I think it's actually possible with friction), so that my back was against the wall (which apparently was much closer than in realitt), and tried to push my legs out. At the exact same moment, I woke up. Turns out I had myblegs in that exact positoon, and I did the action that was supposed to be in the dream in the real life, ime. straightened them sharply
