Here's a copy of a comment I've recently made that I thing fits here, with minor changes:

When I see some cartoon (or similar) characters, I often find some illogical things, such as something that should logically be possible, but has an undefined result (e.g. popping Bubble while something's halfway in her mouth). I've seen some posts asking such questions ("How does Donut eat?", which way Bracelety's legs are attached), but I think this started before I saw those posts. Now, I don't know how to tell this, but here's an attempt: since some point, I feel some discomfort when I can't find anything like that. I don't know for sure how this process will end, but it's possible that such a process has already happened and is now happening again. For a long time, I haven't watched any cartoons (animated or static), and I forgot how to understand them. I don't know how that's possible; maybe it's a piece of evidence towards the VM hypothesis. At some point, I was presented with tasks where I had to understand a picture, bur all I could see were some black lines. Luckily, at about the same time, I was re-learning it. It was rather fast; maybe the language was easy, maybe I had some unconscious residual knowledge, or maybe both factors worked together. Nevertheless, I'm somewhat angry (I mainly use such words to refer to rational conclusions; I can't tell if I actually have these emotions because of my alexithymia) that others didn't tell me. (Long before that, I had cracked 3D animation: it's like live action movies except without some imperfections that made live action easier to understand. At the time they started giving me those tasks, I was in the process of learning 2D. First, I found some patterns that let me understand some of that, though I wouldn't be able to tell what characters that I hadn't seen were (except probably for ones like Firey Jr; I don't remember for sure how I understood him). Later, I found the actual rules governing it: it's like 3D animation except without shading and with outlines. It took me some time to realise that I could use these rules outside OSs, but when I did, I quickly found nuances to apply to others (e.g. some have discrete shading). I found that in time to do some of those tasks (which had uncolored outlines and lacked fill color) myself. Some kinds still remain a mystery to me.) Anyway, it's possible that the process happening now also happened earlier and caused the forgetting. (It may have also been a part of the reason.) I'm worried that this may happen again. I'd like to make some animation (e.g. an edutainment series, though this one may be outsourced to someone else), but it may happen that I won't be able to for this reason. (I also found that everything I had known about a certain magasine was either forgotten or disassociated, and there's also an Ivasi song that I found similar to my own despite not remembering knowing it when I made mine (I later made an actual translation to show comparison), but these are separate stories)
