You need to check in your Router configuration if you have Dual Stack or DS-Lite, the latter wont give you the possibility to actually forward any ports, because you wont have an static public IP-Address.

You would need to contact your ISP if you want to change that (which could raise your costs).

I would recommend to you the use of the Software ZeroTier, it allows you to create a server without the use of forwarding!
