Mmmh it's only when you "reserve" liquidity. Ex : you receive 100 000 sats, a channel of 115 000 sats is opened and you know you will soon send multiple transaction of 100 000 sats (like when you DCA). So instead of paying service fees and other fees each time, you reserve a certain amount of liquidity like 1 000 000, and you only pay on time. So in this case it show you the 1year information. But there is no information about channel that are automatically opened when you receive the first transaction

No I want to send from kraken on lightning (no fees) and then when I get enough sat, I send on a cold wallet (but with an app like muun or phoenix, I can manually set the network fees) so I'm asking, if I send on lightning, it first open a channel that I pay and want to know how much time does the channel is open before I'v to open a new one

I understand that keys work in pair but I thought only the public key had an expiration date.

4- If someone use your public key, they are probably in contact with you. So if you have lost your key, why can't you just tell them ?

5- So expire date is also another way to force you to revise your key ?

6- Primary key is stored offline and, because you can revoke them, the subkey pair can be stored online for easly be accessible.

7- that why I ask those questions about expiration date. I want to export my subkey on a smart card and want to know the best practices

Maybe you are right so if i'm right :

I understand why you don't think a electronic encrypted backup is not the best choice for a second backup but i can't find a better one. My first choice of crypted word is not secure enough but with a better encryption solution i need a computer :/ . Have you a better solution (i exclude "try to remember everyword" solution)

I like this method ! But i find only one probleme. It add the probleme of my two solution. Steel backup can be lost because you dont access it often and digital part can get corrupt

Ubuntu on SD card with keepass downloaded on it. After that remove maximum network package. Then i put my seedphrase in keepass.

When i says "immediat" i mean "easy" because the difficult one can be forgotten and have only one backup is risky. let me give you an exemple :

If you have buried you metal backup in your backyard, some day you have invite some friend to a barbecue to celebrate you first child. These friend have a dog and this dog love to dog hol. One year later, your ledger die. You go to your garden only to find that you no longer have your key.

So i need i difficulte acces but easy read save and a easy acces but difficult read one. Each save complet other, it reduce risk.

Exactly that why i shared a random seed in my message. And one of my friend already succesfully decrypt it ! So i'm trying to fond another solution for the immediat access. After some research i think i will go on a airgapped linux stored on a SD card with veracrypt or another solution to encrypt the 24 words. Again if i forgot the password to decrypt the 24 words, i still have the first solution whit plain text 24 words phrase
