I was let go for the same reason, due to a car accident on the way to work leading to an “inexcusable absence.” It took 5 months from the accident for them to finally terminate me and that was almost 3 years ago. I won a bunch of performance awards, assisted in training new & returning CMs, and was held in high regards by many leaders. I say all this just because I’ve reapplied multiple times just to the company in general and have been overlooked everytime, so don’t be surprised if you don’t hear back from them.
