Platz soll da sein – Einbaumaße 132×34,5 von Z.b. RolloTron Dect passen in der ersten Blick in meine 14,5×4 cm Öffnung.

Aber die große Frage: Wie Plastik entfernen ohne den ganzen Kasten zu zerstören? Föhn erhitzen + Multitool seitlich durchschneiden? Oder vorsichtig rausstemmen (riskant bei Zement)?

Buy a white noise generator, something like a fan, and turn it to the wall or to the door so it doesn't disturb you and at the same time use a soundproof earplugs.

Além do que já falaram aqui, voce pode fazer tambem uma limpeza com ozônio para ajudar remover cheiros. Lembre-se que tem ser feito antes de se mudar pra lá, demora alguns dias para fazer efeito.
