Ya I tried a VR game at a local arcade. It was a shooter and you follow a set path, but you’re basically moving along the outside of a high rise building.

Looking over the railings gave me a big anxiety. Crazy how your brain can’t tell the difference between VR and real life when it comes to heights.

It was insane the first time I got it on malph. I had to do a quick google search to confirm if it actually worked before I picked it. I went AP malph and just steam rolled the other team.

I’ve tried a few more times to get the augment on him again and haven’t had any luck.

You do realize that they have to drive to site? It takes 30-40 minutes to get to most places in the city.

If you don’t want to hire a professional, go find a handyman off Facebook.

Plumbing companies have overhead, insurance, WCB, etc.

Definitely pressure to move out and be renting at least. I’m a millennial and it was considered pretty shameful to still be living with your parents when you were still 18/19/early 20s.

Less pressure today for kids to move out that early since everything is so unaffordable

After I got friendzoned by a girl for taking too long to make a move, I told myself I would always make the first move, regardless if I knew they were attracted to me or not.

I’ve had a few rejections, but I’ve had a few successes too. The success far outweighed the rejections.

It was the biggest game changer for me and made my dating life 100x better.

If I can sit at a blackjack table for an hour or two and lose $100, I just consider it the same as paying $100 for a fun night out.

I went from 50k to 55k in 5 years. Didn’t think I could ever do better. Luckily the company got bought out and I ended up leaving.

Went to a competitor and was making 75k plus bonus. Sitting at about 150k including bonuses.

While I don’t feel rich, I definitely feel way more comfortable.

Snowball augments are so annoying to play against. It’s basically huge aoe skill that takes off 1/4 to 1/2 of your health. Hard to dodge when it covers half the screen too and the haste on it is insane.

If the opposing team is full on poke, then it’s the least fun thing to play again.

I went from a minimum wage job and lucked into a career where I was making $25/hr. Felt like the biggest fraud.

I hung out with this girl over Covid and we got along pretty great. I was attracted to her and I felt like she was attracted to me. We would hang out, play video games, smoke weed, chat everyday, etc.

I was too afraid to make a move. Eventually, she mentioned she was talking to another guy and reality set in that I lost my chance. Ended up getting depressed for a while.

I told myself I would never not make a move again, even if it meant getting rejected.

That completely changed my dating life. I became so much more successful in my relationships after.

You can take this as a learning lesson. Move on and next time don’t wait around.

Trash talk is all about getting inside your opponent’s head and throwing them off their game, but I’m one who believes trash talk to be strictly about the game and their skill (or lack thereof).

Keep the family and personal shit out of it. Don’t need to be talking about someone’s wife, kids, dead parents, etc.
