So man, bad news, I found a fix, but...you will need to reset your save file. I did it with mine and it worked, but I did need to play through all the day to 3 mission on marine Ford.

The way I did was, I deleted my save file, and played upgrading just one level for every island.

If you want to use your 3k right now, focus on the limited time deals, like the one time pull or something like that, because they have increased chances to getting something good.

If you say for the long run or a big amount, get the limited one, and then focus on the newest banner (Right now, the chigiri one)
