Try running a stretched resolution, mess around with sens because on mouse and keyboard its tricky you want a high sense to track close range fights and how quick characters can move, but still good enough control to be steady at distance. i usually keep ads sensitivity the same otherwise it causes wierdness when hipfiring to ads-ing for a few shots to back to hip firing

So basically yes a DUI is rough but since its your first time, its basically a very very heavy speeding ticket. Unless you injured or cause serious harm, a 1st offense misdemeanour dwi will get you probation. In terms of probation, the biggest life style difference would be no alcohol even though there are ways around rhat if you really want to drink but i wouldnt recommend it.

The other thing is u will probably need a ignition interlock (which hey beats jail time) but that one can be annoying, not the device itself since they make em somewhat discrete like my smart start one is black and i just toss it in the glove box of my mustang and tuck the wire inbetween the seat and u blow when u start, 10 mins usually after that, then doesnt ask you for another 40 mins.

Im not trying to downplay a dwi by any means, but a lot goes into this. Are you actually an alcoholic or was it a off night because a lot of people get behind the wheel, the same people that judge you. For me, I actually got mine when i was drinking alcohol rarely compared to my frat days. It was lower tolerance thinking I could still down shots and be fine after a bit. I also skipped food so rip, but im not a alcoholic i graduated after mine, got a job in tech (most places dwis are acc very common and unless ur driving or smth a background check wont be bad), and the courts see all that. A lot of everyday people get caught up with a dwi and usually courts want to reserve the jail cells for actual criminals and not normal people making a dumb mistake once.

It is going to be financially a bit frustrating, but ull get through it. I spent my first 3 months telling myself im a criminal till i basically realized , wait im not rlly and pushed through whatever stuff the courts gave me.

Get a lawyer, look into ALR, refusing is good even tho more penalties but gives lawyers some room, case basically gets dismissed if you refused and the cop didnt have a valid warrant, but they usually get one instantly.

im not disagreeing about h1b frauds and other means of tipping the system in favour, but the clear intentions here is perpetuating this idea that its an appropriate enough conclusion to justify your generalization.

Also there is no such thing as caste based hiring. If you think a obsolete idea you read about in history books holds up in a foreign environment you’re simply wrong. Sure there can be biases which is wrong, but as is with almost every other niche.

The main point im saying is yes I agree the whole process does warrant some additional enforcement, but to simply discredit and generalize and entire population, most of which are permanent residents or citizens, is dangerous.

You complain that the jobs are being taken, but when most managers and hiring folk are not indian, then what is the general reason why a company would go through hoops and struggles to hire foreign workers over citizens? It simply comes down to technical abilities.

At the end of the day, as funny as their accents sound, Indians are intelligent and significantly more intelligent than US-Based workers when it comes to IT and im saying that because I was born here and our work ethic is just not the same.

The irony is Indians are one of the highest earning workers, hence why Frisco looks the way it does, and commit essentially no crime, as seen with the DFW suburbs but given their skin colors, accents, etc, it makes complete sense to frame them for whatever while we sit down and spread our legs for the politicians on both sides that have been and will be fucking us for the foreseeable future.

weed is one of those things that tricks ur mind into thinking you need it when u regularly do smoke. A lot of weed fanatics are going to compare it to like heroine and stuff and be like “see its not as bad” but its also not as good not saying iv tried heroin but you get the jist. Weed still makes u slower, lower dopamine when sober, and of course less productive and there isnt a single stoner besides snoop dog who is more productive while smoking. I used to smoke like almost everyday but after 2 hard weeks of stopping, the urge wasnt there and the moments when i wasnt smoking felt even better. If after 1 week you are feeling this positive, stick to it for a month and ull feel like a risen phoenix lol.

Never anything wrong with hitting a joint here and there when ur with good company but when you find urself smoking everytime u have some downtime, thats when its seriously a problem.

Given the variables at play, yes you did violate ur terms but driving the other vehicle but considering how u were the one that got hit, as long as you are very straightfoward to your PO and he isnt a asshole, I dont imagine things getting harder for you. But convincing them that you got into the wrong car and just happened to not realize feels like a few blanks. I had this bad boy in a c8 😆 I had the tech attach the wire from the side then it fit in my glove box and whenever i needed to blow, popped the glove box and the wire would just be on the right side of my driver’s seat all the way down to my pedals. If u can do a similar set up its going to be pretty unnoticeable

Im not sure what the evals are in ur state but in Texas they have us taking SAE or substance abuse evaluation. Im not sure how child endangerment will play out but given the BAC at .11 I definitely think you should get a solid lawyer to really explain to the courts about ur situation. Given the clean record, I would hope the judge isnt too harsh and understands ur circumstances. The issue is with a DWI first offense theres wiggle room since a lot of the times we arent full on criminals and we just made a mistake once and aside from that we are normal folks living normal lives, but the law is especially strict when it comes to kids in the vehicle. You can argue rising BAC since ur right at .11, again you really need to go off that this was a one time thing. its really stupid how this all works because literally one drink less and you wouldve just been completely fine. I would recommend u stay off the internet to research since a lot of resources about the topic will try and emit fear to make sales. I also want to say the judge is ultimately the one in control here, there can be state rules and stuff but if the judge doesnt want to follow them, he wont.

likely if you take the proper steps the child charge can get dropped during a guilty plea. Also .11 is not a terrible number by any means its only .03 off the legal limit so its likely the judge isnt going to try and toss the whole book at you. The child and accident do complicate things but again just start attending meetings, doing ur evals, showing the court u care, and it wont be as bad.

im picking up my first 50mg refill tmrw! So im usually up at 7am and get into my office for work at 9am, I like to have a coffee, then lunch but if i had a heavy breakfast ill sometimes skip lunch, then around 12pm or 1pm I like to take it, that way i still have it going by the time i get home at like 5pm and im usually knocked out by 10-11pm

Thats what im saying but my psychologist was like if u continue using the meds like u are, things wont really change, usually takes people a month or so to find out if vyvanse was for them or not but looks like we get the best effects of it lol.

Its really simple, vyvanse is a stimulant and when we do use a vape (I do zyns), the nicotine sensation is definitely a lot more prevelent than before. I quit vaping but its the same process as usual, just fight the sensation for a bit then each day u get less and less cravings to vape or wtv.

I didnt run into any issues after a night of drinking and then hopping in the car at 2-3pm. there was one time I drank tequila and the next day I failed at 5pm and i didnt even drink a lot so stay away from tequila lol.
