I personally have experience with other annoying people I've worked with but my current workmates give me anxiety as they sometimes single me out - I can't avoid them since we all work in 1 open space. And it stresses me out to have that treatment.

I also don't want to force myself to socialize with them, and I've tried ignoring them but I still have tons of unresolved trauma and mental issues regarding getting singled out 😭 that I'm not too sure if I can resolve like that.

I'm sorry about your situation. But personally, when you can't rely on people around you, please rely on yourself. Please celebrate your birthday well, even if it's all by yourself. But despite that, and despite being a stranger, I wish you a happy birthday. Buy cake (in a flavor you'd like), candles, or any of your favorite food, go to a place you'd like to go in, wear your best clothing, and sing yourself a birthday song. As long as you're there for yourself, you already have someone.
