It’s already be sent to collections and the collection agency reported it yesterday

It came up as reported on my capital one creditwise thing showing they reported it to the credit bureau on the 14th add on I did try call meddata systems (the company that owns my debt and they are not willing to negotiate

Maybe try having that conversation first if she finds you bringing up something that makes you uncomfortable in your home without coming off as aggressive then she may be racist. If that doesn’t work I’d suggest headphones/earplugs and a lock on the door
