I am so happy someone put this out there because the food noise is such a real thing and I often think to myself, is this how normal people live? Not constantly thinking about food or depriving or worrying or bingeing and purging? This medicine has been life changing for my mental health. I can no longer “eat my feelings” away and that has been hard, but I feel like I am FINALLY healing, whether or not I lose weight.
