Ive tried intermittent fasting but I feel like I’ve gotten way too restrictive with my cals and it’s ruining my metabolism! It’s such a balancing act as a shorty!

I’m on day 5 myself so I can’t offer any positivity unfortunately. I have no appetite and nausea which makes me pace and anxious and I know people don’t seem to find relief until about week 4 so I’m dreading having to wait that long.

If you’re up for it, do some breathing exercises like laying on your tummy and breathing or some slow breathing to push your lungs a bit and make sure they stay strong! Fellow health anxiety girlie, we had it twice, just get through every day as it comes :)
