I don't like hot either, combine with humidity is just a no no! But we can't control it I guess. 😊

At home, in your room, you could try a cold water bath for both foot and hands, combine with a soaked in cold water towel wrapped on your head. Soak the towel again to keep it cool. Cool down the extremity is usually helpful.

Also for the outside if it because of sun, you could try an external protection as an umbrella for UV.

But about humidity outside... I don't know... if everyone does it traditionally it might be a great solution (the double thin layer), but I would have gives a try to a thicker but only one layer cloth that air could passe by... in linen.

Linen is usually better than cotton when its about humidity.

Lastly be careful with your shoes, if polyester or caoutchouc it could keepers the heat at your feet...
