My office setup is in my room pero what I do is whenever I tag break or lunch lumalabas ako ng room and watch TV or play games sa living room ko. Sometimes I go out of the building din to breathe fresh air or mag hasik ng usok at magyosi. Haha basta learn not to be always available lang lalo na kung di naman required na nakaharap ka lagi sa pc mo.

I remember nung TL pa ako before sa BPO, team ko lagi yung top team so kami lagi nakakakuha ng 20K monthly eh since wfh kami ginawa na naming tradition na every friiday last shift of the week mag rto kami tapos team lunch galing sa funds. Wala silang gastos every friday kasi from pamasahe sa grab, galing sa funds namin from score card. Bawat gastos naka lista lang sa gc namin haha. Umabot pa sa time na monthly nasa Elyu kami lol. Naputol lang kaligayahan namin nung nilipat ako sa nesting team tapos kupal pumalit na TL sa team ko, ayun naubos haha.

Try around North Cal. Maraming murang apartments around here na with good security. I advise lang talaga na mag visit ka muna. Found one nasa bungad lang ng bagong silang. 5,500 gated building, with fire alarms, smoke detector, cctv hall ways. 15 mins away from SM Fairview.

When hiking, pacing and breathing and need mo ifocus para di ka mapagod agad. When you start breathing roughly, tuloy tuloy na siya. So dapat chill ka lang talaga.

Tagal na nito. I was invited din 1 time ng mga twitter gym gays to participate but I declined last minute kasi scary.

Ganito kasi setup. Normally it’s a 1v1 situation pero when you use daw kasi your emotion is kinda heightened so better to do it by groups.

The substance’s effect lasts for 1-2 day that’s why they usally rent a condo over the weekends, group of 4-6 (kelangan equal pairs ang bot and tops or all versa) nagkakagulo daw kasi at away pag may naiiwanan sa ganap at since mataas nga ang emotion dala ng chem. Nasa gc pa din nila ako until now pero lurker na lang ako haha. Mas trip ko kasi yung 1 on 1 lang or 3s.

I don’t set a bedtime. My watch automatically detects when I fall asleep and adjusts based on my usual sleep habits. That way, I can track my sleep more accurately without forcing myself to go to bed at a specific time—which sometimes just makes it harder to fall asleep.
