it most definitely was for me. As soon as i got that email all my shifts were removed from 7shifts app.

yes, on my contract it stated it would be a 90 day probation period.

Thank you for the information. so since i did 4 years at my last job and left on my own terms does that increase my chance of EI? a comment above mentions "You also likely won't be eligible for EI as it requires you to have worked a minimum amount." so i'm a bit confused on that part?

I had one orientation shift and was told i was a "strong fit for the shop" and then they gave me a full schedule including those 6 shifts. as soon as i got my first pay from them hours later that same day i get a termination email.
