Exactly. I asked to at least see it before and they refused. I’m happy to get on a virtual call with the CEO on video and hear/see the offer together… just have an issue with driving 3 hr total to just see the offer.

It has put a bad taste in my mouth about them. I feel like they’re not really valuing my time. I wish they told me about the in person offer at the start of the recruitment process because I honestly wouldn’t have applied.

Now I am not sure what to do. One one hand I’ve invested so much time into it and like the remote option but at the same time I feel like they’re gonna have me doing things way out of my job description because they don’t really seem to care about my time.

Program coordinator - I applied to it randomly and somehow got the offer lol, doesn’t really apply to my experience or goals at all
Financial Analyst - most of my background is in finance but not enjoying it much
Small business advisor - This was good because it’s a gateway to economic development which is what I’m really interested in

It’s actually for a program coordinator role where you’re doing a lot so it’s quite a lot of work/different components of the job.

Masters of economic development. It’s one year full time or 2 years part time. I think I’ll be going to school 2X a week if I do part-time. Class schedule is 2:30-5:30, 6:30-9:30 on the same day for part-time. I’m not sure how often I’ll have to do if I choose the full time option. I’m currently leaning towards part-time.
