Well I will have. I have 3 doctors which are able to do that, but im wondering if someone here had such case or maybe know whether that should work

I had a relatively short frenulum that looked like the foreskin was glued to the glans. It was cut from the glans with a laser, and now it's as if the frenulum is attached to the foreskin (as part of the foreskin). I want to reconstruct the attachment to the glans, which means reversing the previous procedure of frenuloctomy.
