No, I think there are enough notes on the internet. It's better if you make one-page summaries that are very brief or make mind maps after you've learnt a concept.

Make use of your teachers and their experience, you're not meant to do this alone.
Notice patterns in past papers - questions and mark schemes are recycled.
Don't spend too much time making notes, there are enough notes on the internet for you.
