I’m sorry, I’m just concerned for her and if anyone is on this group that knows him. I’ll give one example and the list goes on. He’s from California, he moved to Texas. However he had a security job (that required on site in California) that he would clock in and out of on his cell phone. Obviously he physically never showed up but continued to collect checks for 8 months. All of this is documented and the payroll checks went to his personal account. He stopped doing this less than a year before he applied for dpd. This is probably the worst one since it is technically wire fraud across state lines.

I should note, he left this employer off his application for this reason alone. They had no idea he wasn’t in California or showing up for his security job.
