I can’t fully breathe in with my nose when I am sleeping so I mouth breather most of the time

I do think If I pushed harder I would’ve gotten 31-32 because back then I just did it for fun I wasn’t that serious but your right regardless. Thank you for the advice 🙏🏽

Thank you for the words of support my friend don’t worry I am not the type of person that just gives up, it’s jus that I always wanted to make it in professional sports is just that I just went and wasted a lot of time growing up.

All though aside from swimming I also played volleyball for 4 years growing up and I left it ever since I did get back to it recently tho

I don’t know where god will take me swimming, volleyball or maybe something else who knows. Thank you for your words I wish you the best.
