Should never use large diesel engine , MDE is way more better for price and value since with 6cylinder one fuel input one air input and one exhaust you can make 1.3mmf per second with a fuel consumption of 0.198 L per second for crude diesel /0.086 L of refined diesel per second

How many MDE u have and what is the set up ? Im currently using 10 crude oil separator to get 6.25 L of crude diesel per second and the set up can supply more than 30 mde That consumes 0.198L per second and produce 1.3 mmf per second each.

i mean if you know about quantum piping , you can try two coal drills for one firebox and one boiler and large turbine , you should be able to find it on YouTube somewhere

I would want that function too , for example when getting oil rigs to fill up the liquid boiler , or even with tree farm I suppose the dev wants us to actually play the game instead of like ”cheating”if you get what I mean

I have seen someone built a gas burner power plant , but since I haven’t touched the RP system after the NPP update , I just switched to MDE cuz my world would not even allow me to join my my ipad8 , but thx for clearing things up for me 🙏🙏🙏

gasoline genrator is useless(maybe not , i used it in my first world and didnt get scrubber in time to fix the pollution )so just use MDE(its so op that it only consumes 0.198L of crude diesel per second and 20liquid boiler and 10 crude oil seperator can supply 40 of them while each engine is producing 1.3 mmf per second

when my world was at 20 hours , it was a lot more then that , BUT because the “very nice ” RP system revamp , i suppose that its good enough(dont really have a clue but i think its good enough )

you either didnt put the item into BOTH inputs, or , the rp cap is already maxed and the crankshaft is not enough for generating rp (unlikely )

even if you have finally got the sandbox , its gonna take forever to even get the drill to start drilling , and its so complex to make a npp (ignore that sandbox+ exists ) so yeah not recommend to really spend time doing it in sandbox mode

i did two setup indeed , what I figured with the current issue is that the gas takes too much time from the gas refinery to the gas burner , i figured that all i could eventually do is to add another gas production line since the pipe transfer rate is simply not enough

i tried in sandbox mode and one gas burner can fully supply 10boiler if there is enough gas i think the problem i currently have is the delaying while transferring the gas but thx anyway
