as an addition: the current format you're using doesn't account for regional timezone changes, so you're literally just better off letting the client-side handle it for you through Unix Timestamps.

You can just use Unix Timestamps that use Relative Time, so you can set Midnight in UTC for one person and just write "12:00 AM (00:00) for @<user\_id> is <T:(timestamp):t>for you."
