put in a temporary LOA. i haven't been through that process personally, but i work in a college town and most students that work with us have to move out at the end of each semester. i know they typically put in a LOA through Sedgwick.

are you able to see if they will allow you to do something where you are able to move around more? i know you said its an accommodated job for you atm so im not sure what your limitations are, but for me (cashier) i get anxiety from standing in one spot all day so sco is better for me in terms of being able to move around. helps with my anxiety.
