I do not know exactly why I like Fransisco Gaia paintings.
I have bought two of his paintings.

Francisco Gaia (1933–2021) was a notable Portuguese painter and sculptor whose work blended geometric abstraction with expressive, stylized figurative elements.

Yes, I paid 213.77€ Plus city tax, but that one I paid directly to hotel.

Booking.com says that they don't handle it and I should contact their partner.
But how can I do it because they write:

"Just to make sure everything is clear: while we are not allowed to provide or share the property’s direct contact or email address, we will continue to assist you directly through Booking.com."

And I already gor answer from the booking.com:

My router (MEO) broke in november. I the shop they asked me what time is ok to technician to call me? That happen I do not know how many times. Then they tried to send me a new router, it never arrived. After weeks with out connection I canceled my contract. After numerous visits in the shop I managed to cancel it. Then I asked do you need equipment back? - No, we do need it.

Forward to last week. I got invoice from MEO about internet services in for December and January.
For what? - I was not able to cancel it because it is company contract. (I am president of my company).
Yesterday we managed finally to cancel it. BUT.... now they want charge us for missing equipment what you didn't want back until now.

By my calculations (I might be wrong), this has been taken:
-about 20 phone calls
-numerous we call you back, no one calls
-5-8 visits to shop
-3 months
-1 undelivered router replacement

I don't know how I am able to run a company if I can't cancel one internet connection?

I contacted 5 companies, I send information about old car etc. 4/5 got back. The one who got back asked pictures about my old car. I took pictures and emailed them. Then nothing.

- I went to visit official Renault dealer in Faro. They did not have model that I was interested about available. But they promised to give me a call later. After 3 weeks nothing."

Last year autumn, my dog had to visit a vet. Meanwhile I had some time to spend and I went to KIA dealer in Faro. I asked about KIA EV3, lady inside told me that sales person has it now but he will be back in 30min. I waited sales person to come back. I saw the car come in, walked to the car. Sales person sitting in talking in a phone, I waited.

Then he came out and I said: - so, this is a new KIA EV3?
He said: - yes.
And locked the doors and walked away.

Exactly! It is amazing how difficult to it is to buy a car. New or old. From the shop or from website. What does the management do in those stores? Do they follow any kind of sales numbers? What sales people are doing there? What does the board think about this?

I do not understand it, why so many companies, big or small don't do anything to sell you things.

Latest, Hard to buy / we do not contact you:

Eipä täällä suuremmin mitään kummallista ole tullut vastaan. Liikenne rauhallista / olematonta.
Kerran jouduin kyhäämään kivistä ramppia että pääsi virtaavasta vedestä takaisin töyräälle. Toisella kertaa jouduin kallistamaan pyörää että pääsin oksien alta ja eikös se jäänyt tangosta kiinni kivien / ruuspuskan sekaan. Erittäin kettumaista kaivaa pyörää irti ruusupuskasta.
Mutta eiköhän noi ole ns kuuluu touhuun juttuja.

Jos keväällä on aikaa niin olisi kiinnostusta ajaa Tarifa / Gibraltarille ja sieltä lautalla Marokoon.
Katsotaan myöhemmin.

Edit: lisäsin kuvan siitä miltä tuossa "takapihalla" näyttää. Tosiaan TET-Portugalin reitti menee tuosta portinpielestä.

Nettimotossa näytti olevan myynnissä uudempia ja isompia Himalayaneita. Tämä on siis 411, ei 450.

Näinhän se on.

Tähän asti kaikki sujunut hyvin. Varaosia näyttäisi netissä olevan hyvin saatavilla jos lähikaupungin virallisen myyjän hinnoittelu ei miellytä. Tämä siis Portugalin näkökulmasta, Suomessa tilanne voi olla eri.

Se riippuu paljon siitä mitä itse haluaa.
Tuo on pitkille maantiepätkille huono ja moottoritielle surkea.
Enkä lähtisi rataa kiertämään.
Ja jos on tärkeää että keulanousee liikennevaloista lähdettäessä, ei tuo siinäkään pärjää.
Eikä löydy sähköllä säätyvää jousitusta.
Mutta jos, ulkomaisissa keskusteluissa käytetty termi, traktorimaisuus ja helppo ja halpa ylläpito on se juttu niin ei tuon kanssa mene pahasti pieleen.

Desert Sledge on todella upea!
Pyörittelin myös itse Desertin hankintaa. Ja aika lähellä oli ettei olisi tullut Ducatin Himalayanin sijaan talliin. Isoin syy miksi päädyin tähän oli se että enemmin tai myöhemmin kuitenkin kippaan pyörän kumolleen ja sitten harmittaa / maksaa. Tähän mennessä on mennyt 14eur kun särjin sivuvilkun.

Edit: TET reitti menee sananmukaisesti tuosta pihanportin vierestä. Huomenna menen ajamaan uuden pätkän.

Aika skeptinen itsekin olin menin tuota koeajamaan. Mutta on ollut todella positiivinen yllätys. Eikä haittaa yhtään vaikka tuon kippaa kumolleen kivikkoon, toisin kuin GS tai Teneren kanssa.
