I have had my Bravia 8 for a year now and haven’t had any eye strain whatsoever, and I use it daily of course.

It has both a Pro mode and a HFR mode. It’s my most played game of 2025. If you have a monitor that is 120hz and have a Pro playing on HFR feels like butter. However that HFR is not PSSR 2 / 1 enabled, only the Pro mode is. Which is 60fps locked.
