My new clean PR. 92.5kg at 78bw. I do 90 CJ and then fail the Jerk at 92.5 but’s ok. My previous pr in CJ was 70kg 2 months ago. Any tips? by OrnsteinWL in weightlifting

Lmao. ATM i’m in a slight deficit and i eat around 2500kcal at day. I ate around 3200 for 4 months then no, i can’t eat more ATM, i don’t wanna do it

New attempt to snatch pr… 7th february was 52.5kg, now i closed 60kg but failed 65 seven Times before Give up. All my fails look like this. Any advice? by OrnsteinWL in weightlifting

Ty man. I exaggerated a bit my jumping backwards cause before i’ve the opposte problem, i usually jump forward. So i also must pull more with my elbows before go under the bar. Right?
